decent stay, some ISSUES
shuttle serviceinconsistent cleaningcold temperature
the hotel offered a shuttle service to the city center. it was convenient.
The room cleaning was inconsistent. some days, the bathroom was not cleaned properly. i also had trouble with the air conditioning. It was set too low. despite my attempts to adjust it, the temperature remained uncomfortably cold throughout my stay.

The staff was very cute. They were professional and always had a smile. I needed to stay an extra day and they made it possible to keep the same room. The view from our room is gorgeous..
housekeeping eventually provided them. After a few days, they refused to give tea bags. They said I would have to pay for them.

the room was clean every day. we got free towels and sunbeds at the private beach. there was also free transport to the city center.. that helped us a lot. the staff was very friendly.
the tea bags weren't replaced in the room, i had to ask for them.

the breakfast includes a wide variety and tasted amazing. the staff was unbelievably friendly. the rooms was really clean and everything you might need was already there like toothbrushes. the driver took us to zen beach it was a nice convenience.
i experienced a slight delay at check-in, it was after 11pm.
